Administrative Support Officer
An office of the US Government based in Berkshire is seeking to recruit a
full-time Administrative Support Officer.
The position will include a range of support duties and responsibilities including finance, HR, logistics and contracts and will have primary responsibilities in financeto include budgeting and processing payments/expenses.
Qualifications:
- Excellent spoken and written English-language skills
- Strong numeracy, administrative and organisational skills
- Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Self motivated individual with proven team working skills and flexibility
- Experience in a general administrative/finance role is desirable; however, first job and early career applicants welcome - please demonstrate transferable skills gained through work or extracurricular experience
This is a renewable, fixed term contract with career opportunities, competitive salary and benefits package, including paid holidays and a subsidised private health plan.
Starting salary: 22,000-26,000 per annum subject to experience.
