Experto Credite Ltd is a leading provider of debt management services having recently relocated to brand new state of the art offices. As a result of this expansion they have a number of exciting full-time opportunities. We are looking for assertive and adaptable team players to join our motivated and results driven Collections Team. The ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner.

The main duties of a Customer Service Agent are:
* Collection of high volume defaulted consumer/business-to-business accounts
* Negotiating with customers or businesses
* Ensure that individual, team and company targets are achieved
* Ensure negotiations are conducted within compliance guidelines set down by governing bodies
* Ensure a customer service approach is taken on each call
The successful candidates will possess the following:
* Good verbal communication and negotiation skills
* Highly motivated to recover debt in a compliant manner
* Thrives in a fast paced, customer focused and ever changing environment
* An ability to remain calm when under pressure or in difficult circumstances
* Previous debt collection experience would be an advantage but not essential
