We are inviting you to meet our management team and find out more about the exciting vacancy we have at our services in Reading. We are looking for individuals to provide high quality care and support to adults with learning disabilities, complex needs and behaviours which may challenge. We have positions available for experienced and non-experienced individuals including school leavers.
Support Workers Ref: 7613
6.20 - 7.20 per hour + 196 hours annual leave (pro rata for part-time)
Full-time (35 hours per week) part-time and bank
You will make a positive contribution by helping the people we support achieve independent lifestyles. Being a Support Worker is challenging and rewarding, no two days are ever the same. Experience is preferred, but is not essential as we will support you through a full induction and training programme. You may also have the opportunity to achieve a Diploma in Health & Social Care at Level 2. If successful, you will be required to work shifts as part of a rota to include evenings, weekends, Bank Holidays, sleep-ins and waking nights.
