Contracts Manager

Keys Group, is currently one of the largest providers of specialist education and residential care to Children within the UK.
We are currently seeking to appoint to the role of
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the Cross Regional Contract (CRC) overseeing six children's homes (20 beds) and one school (24 places) their primary responsibility will be to ensure all services meet Regulatory requirements and exceed NMS. The post holder will oversee the day to day running and the strategic management of the project and will ensure that the therapeutic ethos and secure base model which is in use, is central to all practices and values within the project.
The post will initially cover the homes within the project which are currently in Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Maidenhead and Tring, but flexibility will be required in line with changing business needs.
The successful candidates will play an integral role in the organisation ensuring Keys achieve its high standards and goals.
Applicants must possess a minimum of 2 years experience in Management within Children's services; have NVQ Level 4 in Childcare or equivalent. They must also be able to demonstrate excellent leadership and management skills and have experience within a multi site regulated organisation. In addition, the successful applicant needs to have previous experience of working therapeutically in a residential/education setting and must be able to manage education as well as residential services.
