PREMISES/FACILITIES MANAGER

37 Hours/week
We wish to appoint for an immediate start a highly motivated, exceptional individual to take on the role of Facilities Manager.
This is a working 'hands on' role as well as having the capacity to lead and manage a site team.
The post includes the responsibility for full Site Management, ensuring the site conforms to all Health and Safety legislation and managing our extensive lettings programme. The successful candidate will ideally be an enthusiastic person with a background in the building trade.
No previous School Facilities management is necessary
