We currently have the following vacancy within Adult Social Care as follows:
£36,641 - £41,111 fully inclusive
You will have significant experience of working with Adults and families in a community setting. In addition, you will have experience of carrying out assessments, support planning plus commissioning of care services. A working understanding of the statutory framework is also vital to deliver this role.
