Brookfields Special School caters for 215 pupils aged 2 to 19 with moderate, severe and complex learning difficulties. There is a high number of pupils with autism as well as an increasing number of pupils with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
The school has a specialist Sensory Resource on-site as well as Autism & Behaviour Support Services. In September 2010, Ofsted rated our school as 'Outstanding' in all areas.

37 hours per week, 8:30 - 16:40, term time with occasional options to work during the holidays
We are looking for an individual who will be able to contribute to the school's continuing improvement as well as the lives of the pupils. This role is varied, stimulating and rewarding. You will:
provide efficient, effective and confidential administrative services to the Headteacher, leadership team and teaching staff.
prepare, type, proof-read, distribute, minute take, photocopy and file;
deal with telephone enquiries, take visitors around the school site and respond to staff enquiries.
