BSRIA Ltd enables the building services and construction industries and their clients to enhance the value of the built environment by improving the quality of their products and services, the efficiency of their provision and the effectiveness of their operation.
We require a Human Resources / Recruitment Officer to develop, advise on and implement policies relating to the effective use of personnel within our organisation plus undertaking all aspects of HR coordination for the company. Working with Section Managers to develop and prepare job descriptions, preparing job adverts and arranging interviews.
This role will suit a pro-active character willing to explore new and more effective processes and implementing them, also someone who is flexible and able to deal with all levels of employees.
An excellent knowledge of Microsoft software including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.
Previous experience in a similar role is desirable and with experience of managing people.
