With complete customer satisfaction central to your thinking, you must be able to display the necessary motivation, drive and determination to deliver the Toyota and Lexus Customer Experience and foster successful customer relationships. A process driven and best practice approach, combined with sound personal integrity are a prerequisite, along with a positive outlook, and a clear desire and personal motivation to exceed expectations. On a practical level, you will be expected to have a bit of technical knowledge and an understanding of Point of Sale Systems.
A rare opportunity has arisen to join our team of technicians. If you are a fully qualified technician we would like to hear from you. Franchise and M.O.T. experience are required. Candidates need to be enthusiastic, motivated individuals who can work to the highest standards.
