Bracknell Forest Homes is an ambitious community based housing association created in 2008, following a highly successful tenant ballot. Bracknell Forest Homes owns and manages around 6,000 rented homes, including 400 sheltered housing flats, as well as 1,100 leaseholder properties.

As a Facilities Assistant, you will be supporting the Property Investment Co-ordinator' to provide an efficient and comprehensive procurement function for facilities and building management services for our head office. Additionally, you will co-ordinate the cleaning and planned maintenance activities, raising orders and keeping accurate records.

Experienced in working in a busy environment, you should have proven IT skills with a good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel and bespoke databases. You should be able to respond to all enquiries in a timely and accurate manner, flexible and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
