Maternity cover, required from July 2014
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join the team at our College Avenue site from early July 2014. This post is to cover maternity leave and may be required for up to 12 months.
Your primary role will be to provide a comprehensive advice and support service to managers across the organisation on all matters relating to employment. However, HR is a busy function so a degree of administration will also be required, particularly during school holiday and peak recruitment periods - a hands-on approach and 'can-do' attitude are therefore important attributes!
From your previous HR experience, you will understand that confidentiality, a professional approach and the ability to prioritise your workload are essential qualities. You must also have an eye for detail and excellent communication skills.
Ideally you will hold a relevant HR qualification, but applications from those with demonstrable experience are also welcomed (those with experience gained from a School environment will have a distinct advantage).
This is a full-time role, working 40 hours per week all year round. Salary is negotiable, depending on qualification and experience.
