Marketing Assistant
37.5 hours per week, all year round
The Marketing and Admissions department wish to recruit a dynamic and highly motivated individual to support the Head of Marketing in a demanding and interesting role. This position is central to all the marketing activities directed at creating awareness of the college, attracting new students and retaining existing students.
As a key member of the Marketing team, you will be interfacing with most departments within the college. You will be required to achieve a variety of administrative tasks to tight deadlines and work well under pressure. You must have excellent communication skills both oral and written and be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy.
The role is multi-focused and will require you to be organised along with good project and time management skills. In addition, it is desirable that the role holder is a competent user of CMS for web management and packages such as Adobe Acrobat but training will be offered for the right candidate.
You will have excellent keyboard and IT skills and be conversant with a variety of office software.
